Shipping and Returns

If you wish to purchase goods for delivery we will gladly mail goods anywhere. Shipping costs are calculated on-line. If there is a discrepancy we will contact you.

It’s easy to return an item for an exchange. Simply return it to your store of purchase, and we will gladly exchange to the value of the item. Returns are at the buyer's expense. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within seven days from receipt of the goods provided you retain a valid receipt; the goods have been unused, are in re-saleable condition and the packaging included. We are unable to accept sale items. Quilts, pillows and mattress protectors cannot be returned for health reasons.

Faulty items are regulated by ACCC guidelines and pertinent state laws.
