Bedlam is a West Australian retail homewares store that emerged from the disintegration of a national chain of franchised bedlinen stores late in 2008.

The name was inspired by the circumstances of its founding at a time when retail was in a severe downturn brought on by the global financial crisis. Regardless, as an owner/operator who had invested blood, sweat and tears in our business, we were determined to re-launch ourselves with our own brand and, more importantly, with an enhanced concern to provide our customers with the best product at the best price. Being no longer part of a national franchise gave us the opportunity to do just this.

We think of ourselves as a “full service" retailer, which means that you will always be offered assistance, as well as a greeting, whenever you enter a Bedlam store. That has now been enhanced by the introduction of our on-line store to make shopping easier for you. Contact details are provided in case you need further assistance.

In addition to striving to offer the best of service, please be aware that you will never pay a price premium for being a Bedlam shopper. We are very focused on giving our customers the “best of deals”, and if something gets past us we will always price match.
